Hi {{first_name}},

What if choosing certainty is what is holding you back?

It is really easy to say yes to someone who promises you a “proven framework” or a “6-step system” versus someone who says, “I’m not sure yet.”

We like certainty. Reassurance. Confidence.

And no one (especially not a consultant trying to close a deal) wants to be the one who admits they don’t know the answer.

But that is exactly what’s wrong, especially in marketing. Everyone starts with solutions, and then reverse-engineers it to fit a problem. And for a business owner who does not understand how marketing should work, those solutions sound smart. Until they don’t.

That is the work of strategy. Starting with questions, not answers:

  • What's actually going on here?

  • Where are you trying to go?

  • What have you already tried?

  • What's working?

  • What are we assuming?

And then saying, "Let's figure it out."

It's uncomfortable. For me, it feels like admitting I don't know what I'm doing. For you, it might feel like you hired someone who can't give you answers.

But real strategy means doing the work to earn certainty. It requires patience. It doesn't give you a neat deliverable on day one.

So here's what I'm thinking:

Instead of starting 2026 with another list of marketing tactics to try, what if you started with the strategic work that helps you figure out what marketing you should actually be doing?

What that looks like:

→ Ask the right questions to untangle where you are now
→ Assess your current marketing, messaging, and content
→ A start/stop/fix list that you can actually implement
→ Clear guidance on where you should be spending your marketing energy in the new year

No pre-packaged frameworks. No assumptions. Just diagnostic work that earns the right to make recommendations.

Or just reply to this email and let's chat about whether it's a fit.

Let's make 2026 the year you stop guessing and start knowing.
